·  The Reiki principles.

·  Benefits of Reiki.

·  Principles of energy, including the 7 main chakras and the Human Energy Field.

·  How to open and close a body for Reiki.

·  Reiki Attunement process for the practitioner and receive Reiki I attunement

·  Reiki Hand Positions for self-healing.

·  How to do a complete (long) and quick (short) Reiki treatment.

·  Learn a meditation to help increase your Reiki energy.

Upon completing this course, you will have received training materials,  including Reiki The Healing Touch Book, practical experience performing Reiki on self and others, Reiki I attunement and your Reiki I Certificate
