Meditation is awareness, spending quiet time within.  There are many types of meditation. The following are just a few meditative practices one can engage in: Guided Meditation, Silent Meditation Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Primordial Sound Meditation, Transcendental Meditation, Zen Meditation, Kundalini Yoga Meditation, Walking Meditation.
