We always have our breath. When feeling stressed come back to your breath. Breathing practices help us to return to center, reduce stress and anxiety, and calm the mind and body. In addition, igniting our innate ability to heal. Deep breathing and mindful breathing are two examples of breathing practices which assist in slowing down and relaxing.

Passive Muscle Relaxation

Passive Muscle Relaxation is a guided relaxation technique focusing one’s awareness on relaxing their muscles slowly from head to toe or from one’s feet slowly up to the top of their head. This practice can be very peaceful and relaxing.

Affirmations

According to Dr. Carmen Hara, if you believe the phrase you are what you think, then life truly stems from your thoughts.  But we cannot rely purely on your thoughts; we must translate thoughts into words and eventually into actions in order to manifest our intentions. This means we have to be very careful with our words, choosing to speak only those which work towards our benefit and cultivate our highest good.  Affirmations help purify our thoughts and restructure the dynamics of our brain so that we truly begin to think everything is possible.  The word affirmation comes from the latin, affirmare, originally meaning “to make steady, strengthen”.  During a deep state of relaxation a person can cancel a negative thought and consciously replace it with a positive affirmation. When a person claims a positive affirmation, by stating, feeling and acting on it, it has a greater chance of becoming reality.

Guided Imagery

Guided Imagery is the process of being guided through peaceful and calming images to assist in relaxing mind and body and aid in one’s own healing process. It can be a visualization guiding one on a journey to a calming, peaceful place through visual images.

Sound Therapy has been an effective healing modality and used as a tool for healing for thousands of years treating physical and mental conditions.  Healing through sound is based on the premise that all matter is made up of specific vibrational frequencies.  Sound can change the vibratory characteristics of another object. In applying sound, one has the ability to heal the body and mind, by penetrating the cells in the body, along with the conscious and unconscious mind; bringing it back into a state of resonance and well-being.  There are many forms of sound healing.  A few are sound healing through chanting, drumming, singing bowls, tuning forks, rattle, and music.

Crystal Therapy

Crystal Therapy, considered a part of energy, vibration science,  has been in existence for over five thousand years.  Crystal therapy can be used to help restore the body’s electromagnetic balance, thereby improving one’s health and well-being.  Acting as electromagnetic conductors, crystals carry vibrations which can interact with our electromagnetic system, helping to bring the body back to a place of balance and homeostasis.

 

Crystal therapy, also called crystal healing or gem therapy, uses crystals, each selected specific properties or wavelength, to treat a wide range of mental and physical conditions. This approach is based on the belief that the body has an energy field that can be influenced by a placement of crystals on specific body points.

Detoxification

A practice of releasing and eliminating toxins from the body. There are many ways of safely removing toxins. Being in the EES naturally detoxes. We highly recommended taking a dead sea salt bath after each session. In addition, foot baths are also very effective. Here in beautiful Sarasota, adding a swim in the Gulf will help to clear and cleanse your body, mind and spirit.

Violet Transmuting Light

The violet transmuting light, or some refer to as the violet flame, is a higher frequency of energy that transmutes lower frequency, blocked and stagnant energy into higher frequencies of energy, light and consciousness. The violet light is the perfect balance of the divine feminine, pink, and the divine masculine, blue, thus violet. This healing energy transmutes and restores one back to its perfect vibrational blueprint, electron by electron. The violet flame, or transmuting light, fills the spaces between our electrons and transmutes lower frequency karma and stuck energy back into vibrant light and energy. Working with this violet transmuting energy helps us to release the cause, core, effect, record and memory of that which no longer serves our highest good. This healing energy is invoked in healing sessions for individuals and also in meditations for world healing.
